Lock prices do not include installation. Installation is handled by a separate company with its own pricing.
A technician will install your lock during your scheduled appointment. This may involve some minor door adjustments. The technician will activate your lock, show you how to use it, and document the installation. In rare cases, if your door isn’t compatible with your chosen lock, the technician will work with the dealer to find an alternative.
Register your warranty online (under the “Register Warranty” tab) or through your warranty card. Registration is required for coverage.

Your Philips EasyKey digital lock is covered for one year (parts and labor) from the date of installation. Keep your purchase receipt for verification. Unregistered locks or those without proof of purchase may not be eligible for warranty service.

Yes, multiple users can access your smart lock through the EasyKey App. You can have one administrator and up to three additional user accounts. Note that Wi-Fi unlock is limited to the administrator account, while other users can unlock via Bluetooth and view access logs.
